Cancellation Policy for Hairstylist and Permanent Cosmetic Services
At Lasting Impressions by Brinda Shea, I strive to provide the best possible service to my valued clients. To ensure that I can accommodate everyone's scheduling needs and maintain a high level of service, I have established the following cancellation policy:
1. General Cancellation Policy
- Advance Notice: I require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.
- Cancellations Made 24 Hours or More in Advance: Clients who cancel or reschedule their appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice will not be charged and can rebook at their convenience.
- Cancellations Made Less Than 24 Hours in Advance: Clients who cancel or reschedule their appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee.
- No-Shows: Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without any notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee.
2. Permanent Cosmetic Services Cancellation Policy
Due to the longer appointment times and special preparations required for permanent cosmetic services, I have additional policies:
- Advance Notice: I require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of permanent cosmetic appointments.
- Cancellations Made 48 Hours or More in Advance: Clients who cancel or reschedule their appointment with at least 48 hours’ notice will not be charged and can rebook at their convenience.
- Cancellations Made Less Than 48 Hours in Advance: Clients who cancel or reschedule their appointment with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee.
- No-Shows: Clients who fail to show up for their permanent cosmetic appointment without any notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee.
3. Late Arrivals
- Grace Period: I understand that life can be unpredictable. Therefore, I offer a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals.
- Arrivals Beyond Grace Period: Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in the need to reschedule your appointment. In such cases, the above cancellation fees will apply.
4. How to Cancel or Reschedule
To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact me via phone or email as soon as possible. I will do my best to accommodate your scheduling needs.
5. Special Circumstances
We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can arise. If you find yourself in such a situation, please reach out to me, and I will do my best to work with you.
